This year Portland Velo will be offering a Memorial Day Ride. For those of you who remember doing Dan Wyncoop’s old adventure rides, you might recognize the route. For those of you that joined us in the last few years that didn’t have the chance to join one of these rides, here’s a chance to check out one of my favorite routes Dan came up with. I have altered his route a little to avoid most of Roy Rogers. Sean will be leading this route. We will be a conversational pace (18-20) with regroups and a couple of rest stops. This will be a no drop ride with the intent of having fun and remembering those who have sacrificed for our country. We will be meeting at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in Tigard at 11065 SW North Dakota St, Tigard, OR 97223. We will be rolling out at 9:00 am.
